This policy explains what personal data sa.adapt ("ADAPT", "we", "us") collects through this website, why, and what rights you have. ADAPT is currently an early-stage, pre-launch project and is not yet a registered company — the data controller is Arno Hegge, reachable at contact@adapt-info.be.

What we collect

The only personal data this site collects is the email address you submit through the waitlist form, together with the timestamp of submission. We do not use analytics, tracking cookies, or advertising pixels — this site does not set any cookies.

Why we collect it

We use your email address solely to contact you about ADAPT's pilot program and product availability. We will not use it for any other purpose, and we will not sell or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Legal basis

We process your email address on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the consent checkbox when you submit the form. You can withdraw this consent at any time — see "Your rights" below.

Who processes your data

Form submissions are handled by Formspree, Inc., a United States-based service that stores and forwards your submission to us by email. Formspree is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which provides a recognised legal basis for this international transfer. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist email addresses until the pilot program they relate to has concluded, or until you ask us to delete your data — whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Object to or restrict our processing
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

Changes to this policy

As ADAPT moves from prototype to pilot, this policy will be updated to reflect any new data we collect (for example, if pilot participants are asked for additional details). Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
